WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT FOR CHILDREN TO BE ALLOWED TO PLAY?
Jumping Beans playground is designed for children from age 1 to 10. We have activities and areas designed for all ages. We use the best quality materials to build our structure. It’s most durable and safe for you and your family.
DO YOU HAVE A DRESS CODE?
All guests, regardless of age, should be fully clothed in a shirt, pants or shorts and socks at all times. Diapers need to be covered by pants wear of some sort.
DO I HAVE TO WEAR SOCKS IF I’M JUST SUPERVISING MY CHILD?
Yes, everyone who enters the playground MUST wear socks. No shoes or bare feet allowed.
ARE THERE HEIGHT & WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS?
We don’t have a height or weight restriction. For some activities, parents may chaperone their children if they are not quite big enough yet.
CAN I LEAVE MY CHILD IN JUMPING BEANS AND LEAVE?
NO, parent (s) /guardian (s) / caregiver (s) must stay in Jumping Beans building. Parent (s) / guardian (s) / caregiver (s) are responsible for supervising their children while they are on the premises. Sleeping in the premises is prohibited.
CAN I BRING IN OUTSIDE FOOD?
YES. With the exception of nuts. We are a NUT-FREE facility.
HOW LONG IS MY CHILD ALLOWED TO PLAY FOR THE GENERAL ADMISSION PRICE?
As long as their happy little heart desires and your schedule allows. We have no time limits on same day play time, though re-entry rules do apply.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY?
We highly recommend that you schedule your party or event at your earliest convenience. Please contact our party coordinator to check availability and dates.
HOW MUCH IS PARTY ROOM RENTAL DEPOSITS?
Full payment is required to secure a party date. Party room rental fees is non-refundable. If you provide notice within 14 business you may reschedule your party date for once without charge. If canceled with 7 days, it will forfeit your all deposit. Party room rental is non-transferable.
CAN I BRING IN FOOD FOR MY CHILD’S PARTY?
Yes, with the exception of nuts. We are a NUT-FREE facility. Feel free to bring in any food and drink, including birthday cake. Our dedicated party coordinator will facilitate all your party needs.
HOW LONG IS THE PLAYTIME FOR PARTY GUESTS?
You and your guests are welcome to stay longer during regular business hours if you like, but party room time ends at pre-scheduled reservation time.
ARE SOCKS REQUIRED?
Yes, To provide guests with a safe and clean environment, socks are required for adults and children inside the play structure at all time. Barefoot is not allowed anywhere in our facility. If you forget your socks, they can be purchased at the counter for $2.75 per pair.
WILL WE NEED TO SIGN A WAIVER?
Yes. Due to insurance requirements, all guests must have a completed waiver that is signed by a parent or guardian 18 years of age or older. Waiver needs to renew each year. Waivers can be filled out in person at Jumping Beans or ONLINE (makes checking in a lot faster).
CAN WE HIRE OUTSIDE PERFORMERS FOR PARTY RENTAL?
Yes. They must be licensed to work, certificate of liability approved by Jumping Beans 14 days prior to your party.
OUR SCHOOL IS THINKING ABOUT ARRANGING A FIELD TRIP FOR OUR STUDENTS. WHAT SHOULD WE KNOW AND DO YOUR OFFER GROUP DISCOUNTS?
Yes, we offer discounts for school, daycare, non-profit organizations. Please call or email to one of our team members to arrange a suitable day and time for you to arrive. Field trip opportunities should be arranged at least 15 days in advance. We welcome you to call us with any of your comments, questions or concerns.
